About the Role

Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a talented individual to join its Group Strategy Team as a Group Strategy Manager - Future Leaders Programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and make a meaningful impact.

As a Group Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of key strategic priorities for the Group. This will involve partnering with Executive leadership, developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, problem-solving, and providing final recommendations for operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Group CEO in executing strategic priorities
  • Develop and implement work plans to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • MBA from a top business school
  • Experience advising senior management
  • Experience managing people
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in developing businesses

Location
