About the Role

The Management Accountant role is a key position within Xeinadin Group, responsible for overseeing the management accounting function, budgeting, and forecasting across our various hubs. A strong analytical skillset, extensive experience in financial management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in all aspects of the Hub's Financial Management
  2. Process and arrange payment of supplier invoices
  3. Prepare Management accounts and monthly performance reports
  4. Prepare cashflow forecasts
  5. Liaise with suppliers and set up standing order/direct debit payments
  6. Undertake all credit management tasks
  7. Prepare and submit quarterly VAT return
  8. Raise invoices for clients
  9. Prepare annual client statements for monthly payments
  10. Setup and monitor direct debits to accurately reflect fee increases
  11. Update/reconcile client fees list to reflect new/lost clients and fee increases
  12. Update databases and software as required
  13. Perform related admin tasks and provide support as needed
  14. Support the Hub Director and Hub Financial Controller as required

Requirements

  1. Experience in Statutory accounts
  2. Experience in a similar role, with accounting qualifications AAT/ACA/ACCA
  3. Strong attention to detail
