Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of specialized engineers in the Dialysis Technical Service department.
  • Take charge of complex and day-to-day technical problems, providing expert advice on medical equipment.
  • Contribute to the overall direction of the Nephrology & Transplant directorate, sharing individual skills and specialist knowledge as appropriate.

This position requires a senior manager with experience in handling technical problems, advising on new equipment suitability, and undertaking investigations into adverse equipment-related incidents. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of electronic workshop practice, computer systems, electrical, and electronic engineering principles. A high level of understanding of patient and staff risks arising from equipment failure is also essential.
