The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Director to drive sales growth of our water quality analyzers across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and providing effective handovers to the Project Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain the technical accuracy of proposals and tenders, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to gather valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Foster seamless project delivery by working closely with other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Process Instruments' competitive edge.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in technical sales, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to travel extensively across the UK. Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
