Salary Information

The salary for this Senior Technical Sales Business Developer position is up to £50,000 depending on experience. A company car is also provided as part of the package.

Job Description

As a Senior Technical Sales Business Developer, you will play a key role in maximising sales of our water quality analysers across the UK. This involves writing tenders and proposals, networking at conferences and industry forums, and providing effective handovers to the Project Delivery Team.

You will be responsible for developing and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring the technical accuracy of proposals and tenders, and providing feedback to the Product Development Team on customer needs and market trends.

In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery, stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities, and travel extensively across the UK.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a technical sales position, experience in business development and securing new business, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a valid driving licence.

This position does not come with an accompanying commission scheme. We offer 30 days holiday and a pension as part of the benefits package.
