Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit charity established in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We support people with learning disabilities in Wales, employing 1200 staff, supporting 650 individuals, and having 1000s of friends, family, and supporters. Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our support service. The successful candidate will promote independence for the people we support, enabling them in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way.
Key Responsibilities
The Service Manager will provide motivational leadership and direction to their team, enabling them to give quality, person-centred support. They will build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver an excellent service.

- Flexibility, including sleep ins, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Care management experience and QCF Level 3 qualification
