We support people with learning disabilities in Wales, employing 1200 staff, supporting 650 individuals, and having 1000s of friends, family, and supporters. Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our support service. The successful candidate will promote independence for the people we support, enabling them in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way.
Key Responsibilities
The Service Manager will provide motivational leadership and direction to their team, enabling them to give quality, person-centred support. They will build positive relationships with all stakeholders and put our vision and values into action to deliver an excellent service.
Requirements

- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Flexibility, including sleep ins, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Care management experience and QCF Level 3 qualification
