Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit charity established in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We support people with learning disabilities in Wales, employing 1200 staff, supporting 650 individuals, and having 1000s of friends, family, and supporters.

Job Responsibilities
The Service Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of our support service, focusing on promoting independence and enabling people with learning disabilities in an innovative, person-centred way.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide motivational leadership and direction to your team, ensuring quality, person-centred support.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, upholding our vision and values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
Requirements
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate professionally and empathetically.
- Reliability, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work well as a member of a growing team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Care management experience and QCF Level 3 qualification, with a willingness to work towards Level 5.
