About Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative
Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is a not-for-profit charity established in 1989 by a group of parents and activists. We support people with learning disabilities in Wales, employing 1200 staff, supporting 650 individuals, and having 1000s of friends, family, and supporters.

Job Responsibilities
The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our support services. This role requires promoting independence for the people we support, enabling them in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way.

- Care management experience
- QCF Level 3 and willingness to work towards Level 5
