We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Crisis Intervention Team Lead to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and management leadership in a multidisciplinary crisis intervention team.

About the Role

As a Senior Crisis Intervention Team Lead, you will provide management leadership and development to a team of health and social care practitioners. You will also lead the operational management of the RBG out of hours service, ensuring that the team operates cohesively to deliver timely and comprehensive assessment, treatment, and intervention services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience at senior level in the NHS or Social Care, with progressive responsibility in supervisory or management positions. They will also have experience of working in a health and social care team in the community and a good understanding of the safeguarding agenda, including mental capacity and deprivation of liberty safeguards.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Holds a current registration with HCPC, NMC, or Social Work Council
  • Masters Degree in relevant speciality or demonstrates experience in a management position in the NHS or Social Care
