**Role Overview**
Hourglass is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS ADHD Community Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of young people, their families, and carers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in the delivery of high-quality service provision, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote and improve mental health and well-being.
- Undertake needs-led, evidence-based, highly skilled assessments and therapeutic interventions to young people, their families, and carers.
- Actively liaise and support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS and Adult Mental Health services.
Requirements
- Qualified Registered Mental Nurse with a strong background in CAMHS and ADHD.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service provision and improving mental health outcomes.
