Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Bank Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours team. You will work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, assessing patients with undifferentiated presentations and initiating treatment plans.

The role involves recognising and implementing processes to enhance care delivery, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.

You will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of a high-quality innovative service, incorporating evidence-based clinical practice and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Work independently as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, carrying out clinical decision-making and non-medical prescribing.
  • Assess and manage patients with a range of conditions, using core clinical skills and competence.
  • Participate in clinical governance, audit and risk assessment initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • A 1st Level professional registration (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
  • Graduate degree with honours (at least).
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
  • Advanced clinical examination and history-taking qualification.
  • Evidence of recent Continual Professional Development.
What We Offer

An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
