Senior Clinical Psychologist Position

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to support the provision of psychological input across our Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) team in South Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with senior colleagues to achieve high-quality psychological services within their specific geographical area. They will provide a specialist clinical psychology service to children, young people, and their families, including delivering psychological assessment, formulation, and therapies.
Key responsibilities include providing advice and consultation to non-psychology colleagues and other non-professional carers, as well as utilizing research skills for audit policy and service development. The post holder will also offer placements to Clinical Psychology Trainees and provide clinical supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology. They should also have experience working as a qualified clinical psychologist with children, young people, and their families, presenting with a range of clinical severity across various care settings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Doctoral level training in clinical psychology

Benefits
