Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Clinical Excellence in Physiotherapy specialist to work in the Barrow-in-Furness area on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, providing management reports, leading rehabilitation classes, and collaborating with the occupational health team.

Job Overview:
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnose musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders.
  • Provide detailed reports outlining employee fitness for work and necessary role adjustments.
  • Lead onsite rehabilitation exercise classes for employees with musculoskeletal injuries.
  • Collaborate effectively with the occupational health team.
  • Identify workplace hazards and conduct ergonomic risk assessments.
  • Provide information on necessary changes to work practices or environments.
  • Facilitate the rehabilitation of employees with MSK conditions.
  • Collect and report statistical data and contribute to health promotion initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in MSK outpatients or private practice is required.
  • Strong manual skills, a warm and welcoming manner, professional attitude, and appearance are essential.
  • A commitment to clinical standards, evidence-based treatment, and rehabilitation is necessary.
  • An understanding of strength & conditioning and rehabilitation protocols is also required.
