Salary: £27,319 - £32,237 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Nursery Practitioner Role

We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Barrow Nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging activities tailored to individual children, promoting their development towards key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate learning plans for each child
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all children and colleagues

Requirements

  • Full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
