Office Assistant

CV-Library is looking for an Office Assistant to carry out general administrative duties in our Aylesbury office. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Performing various administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, posting, and proofreading data
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages promptly and accurately
This is a fixed-term opportunity until the end of March 2025, with a salary of approximately £31,200 per year (£12.99 per hour). The role is based in the Regional Rehabilitation Unit in RAF Halton, where admin support plays a crucial role in patient care.
Requirements- TWO GCSES AT GRADE C OR ABOVE (OR EQUIVALENT)
- NVQ Business Administration Level 1 (or suitable administrative experience)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
