Office Refurbishment Specialist Wanted in Milton Keynes
Description of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled handyperson to join Daniel Owen Ltd at their office refurbishment project in central Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various tasks related to the project, including assisting with the renovation and construction of the office space, carrying out general maintenance and repairs as needed, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

**Job Requirements:**
This is a full-time position, working 7 AM - 4:30 PM. The salary range is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. As an Office Refurbishment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project with Daniel Owen Ltd, assisting with the renovation and construction of the office space, carrying out general maintenance and repairs as needed, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements of the Role:**
  • Own set of tools.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots).
  • Able to provide previous experience and a reference.
