Airline IT Business Development Leader

Sabre, a technology company powering the global travel industry, seeks an Airline IT Business Development Leader to define and execute a business development plan for Sabre Airline IT products within the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex portfolio pursuits from start to contract execution, owning all pursuit activities, and identifying appropriate solutions to provide commercials, run negotiations, and finalize agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monetary targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to qualify leads, define solution offerings, and manage internal financial approval processes
- Demonstrate expertise in selling Sabre's technology and data-driven solutions to airlines
- Cultivate relationships with airline stakeholders across all levels, including C-Level
- Maintain alignment with various functions within the airline to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and account management preferred
- Experience in selling technology solutions, software, and consulting
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
