Store Management Opportunity

Specsavers is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store in Market Drayton. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high-performing team.

You will work closely with the Store Directors to achieve business objectives and make informed decisions. Your leadership skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and manage a team, will be essential in this role.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including one weekend day. The salary for this role is £28,000 plus bonus. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including auto-enrolment into our pension scheme, Specsavers Perks, and WeCare employee support service.
