About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team at Niche Employment Solutions Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your allocated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field sales visits to potential clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Cold call new business to establish relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Convert appointments into sales by presenting and promoting our company's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales on the day by utilizing your excellent closing and negotiating skills.
  • Travel within your allocated territory to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Territory Sales, preferably in the B2B or B2C sector.
  • Cold calling experience and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent closing and negotiating skills, as well as strong objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
