About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. as a Junior Sales Representative in the East of England region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with NHS departments, including Ward, Project Team, and Purchasing teams.
  • Networking with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote our brand and products through planned appointments.
  • Managing the territory and demonstrating effective time and travel management.
  • Negotiating prices and discounts.
  • Working with the National Sales Manager to create a regional sales plan.
  • Following up on quotes and samples, and closing new business while ensuring CRM reflects this.

Requirements:

  • A hunter mentality with some sales experience.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in CRM use.
  • Sales experience with fast-moving products.
  • Clean driving license.
