The Job Description

  1. To assist with daily living tasks and promote independence among residents
  2. To administer medication and provide personal care as needed
  3. To maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
  4. To communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A level 3 diploma in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in care provision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000-£23,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
