The Job Description
- To assist with daily living tasks and promote independence among residents
- To administer medication and provide personal care as needed
- To maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
- To communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
- A level 3 diploma in health and social care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in care provision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000-£23,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
