Residential Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to join our team at Choice Care Group. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and live independently.
As a Deputy Site Manager, you will work closely with our Assistant Regional Director to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for our residents. You will also have the chance to study for a Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management - General Adult Social Care Diploma, which will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult social care, with supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners, and demonstrate a patient, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,225 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, sick pay entitlement, and an Employee Assistance Programme. You will also have access to complex in-house training, including our Advanced Management Development Programme for managers in the making and our Foundation Management Development Programme for rising stars.
