Resident Support Professional

- Supporting all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes and social activities.
- Observing resident progress against planned goals and reporting changes in the residents' condition or care needs.
- Helping residents to remain as independent as possible.
- Respecting residents' right of choice, privacy and dignity at all times.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
