Dementia and Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dementia and Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Cornerstone Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our residents, supporting them with daily living tasks, observing their progress, and helping them maintain their independence.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in care within the UK, as well as experience working with adults with dementia, challenging behaviours, and mental health needs. You should also have effective communication skills (written and verbal) and a caring approach to residents and their visitors.
We offer an estimated salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package worth up to £5,000. This includes subsidised lunch, uniform laundry, overtime raffle, enhanced pay rates, and opportunities for professional development.
As a member of our team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care that respects the autonomy, dignity, and rights of our residents. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
