Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and lead activities that engage and entertain our residents
  • Effectively manage the activities budget and resources
  • Conduct regular evaluations to refine the activity programme
  • BUILD strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team
