At Churchill Estates Management Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated Local Housing Specialist to join our team. This part-time position offers an opportunity to work with our retirement development and contribute to the well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing our local housing services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents. With a background in administration and customer service, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
We estimate that the annual salary for this position is around £12,215 (or £22,500 FTE), plus excellent benefits. You will also enjoy a flexible working arrangement, with 19 hours per week across a minimum of 3 days, without any weekend or evening commitments.
