At Hireful, we believe everyone has the right to a safe, secure and warm place to call home. We are seeking a Housing Management Consultant to join our team covering Orchard Court and Meade Court schemes in Camberley.

This role involves ensuring the effective management of tenancies and community, supporting customers if they fall into arrears, managing anti-social behaviour and resolving customer complaints effectively.

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to Orchard Court and Meade Court schemes in Camberley with travel to our Camberley office when required.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, agile working, professional development opportunities, and a range of benefits including 28 days paid holiday, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and more.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience delivering a quality housing management service within a specialist or generic housing context is essential.
  • You must be passionate about delivering high-quality services and taking full ownership of your schemes.
  • An understanding of safeguarding within a housing context is vital.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive on challenges to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
