About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as a Specialist Housing Partner, working closely with customers, colleagues, and external partners to deliver high-quality housing management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenancies effectively, ensuring customers receive the support they need to maintain a safe and secure living environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
