We are looking for a highly motivated Independent Living Services Manager to join our team at Accent Housing. As an Independent Living Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide support and services to vulnerable adults living in our specialist schemes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality services and improving the lives of our customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding principles, a commitment to customer-centered care, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and high performance. Additionally, you must be flexible in your approach to work, including working outside of usual office hours when necessary.

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
