Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant

About the Job:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students, promoting positive behaviour, understanding learning objectives, content, and intended outcomes, and monitoring student progress.
Key Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A passion for supporting young people to learn and develop
- Experience working within an ASC/SEN setting
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, plus generous annual leave entitlement and comprehensive benefits package, including continued professional development and training, contributions to your pension, and a friendly, passionate team committed to getting the best outcomes for our young people.
