Teaching Assistant Specialist

Academics Ltd is seeking an Aspiring Primary School Teacher to join our team as a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time role, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting.
The Role:
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Providing individualized support to pupils, promoting academic achievement and social growth.
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the decision-making process.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
