About the Role

  2. Offer pastoral care and emotional support to students
  3. Contribute to the development of personalized learning plans
  4. Maintain strong relationships with students and staff
  5. Implement targeted interventions to promote student progress
  6. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills
  7. Show empathy and understanding towards students' needs
  8. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure student success
  9. Ensure student safeguarding and welfare
  10. Provide personal care support as needed
  11. Participate in ongoing professional development
