The RoleWe are seeking a Community Development Manager for our Retirement Living development in Camberley, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the development, ensuring that our Home Owners receive a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
- Co-ordinate events and activities for Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure that all needs are met.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in retirement living or social housing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment.
- Rent-free, 2-bedroom apartment on-site.
- Annual salary: £20,500.
- 24 days' annual holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays.
