The Job Description:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. As a Filter Specialist Manager, you'll be responsible for managing product quality documentation, collaborating with R&D to develop new products, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product quality documentation, including integrity testing data and customer validation studies.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop new products, define specifications, and identify test sites.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and respond to internal/external audits and changes.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers and sales teams, ensuring seamless product integration and compatibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences).
  • Experience in product management and/or sales, preferably in the filter industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of filters, their performance, and operational environments.

What We Offer:

You'll receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
