The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Filter Specialist Manager to lead our product development efforts and drive business growth through strategic product management decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management and a passion for working with diverse products and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and sales teams, ensuring seamless product integration and compatibility.
  • Manage and oversee product quality documentation, including integrity testing data and customer validation studies.
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop new products, define specifications, and identify test sites.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, positioning, pricing, and training.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and respond to internal/external audits and changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences).
  • Experience in product management and/or sales, preferably in the filter industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of filters, their performance, and operational environments.
