We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager, based in Camberley to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. This role is essential in providing professional technical support to customers and sales teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, and guaranteeing all filter products meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in either the Life-Science or Pharmaceutical industries as well as expert knowledge in the regulations of this industries.

Product Manager

Job Description


Provide technical support for customers and sales teams, including integrity testing data and product testing compatibility.

Manage technical reports for product testing and customer validation studies.

Oversee product quality documentation (e.g. Validation Guides, product certification) and product approvals.

Ensure regulatory compliance, responding to internal/external audits and managing regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, EU).

Collaborate with R&D on new product development, defining product specifications and identifying test sites.

Work with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, including positioning, pricing, and training.


Product Manager

Essential Skills


Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences preferred)

Experience in product management and/or sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Experience in a process industry (e.g., pharma, fine chemicals or Life Sciences).

Experience with regulatory and compliance issues in highly regulated industries. (e.g., pharma, fine chemicals or Life Sciences)
