Production Facilities Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the production facility, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in planned and reactive maintenance. This role involves working 4on 4off - 12 hour shifts - Days/Nights, with opportunities for additional hours if required.
The salary for this position is up to £48,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.
- Document all maintenance activities and report to the engineering manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
