">About the Role:
">We are looking for an experienced Hard FM Contract Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our multi-site Hard FM Defence contract, you will be responsible for managing an internal engineering team and ensuring site compliance with HSE and SFG20 regulations.

- Manage internal engineering team performance">
- Ensure site compliance with HSE and SFG20 regulations">
- Raise quoted works up to £100,000">
- Develop excellent client relationships">
About You:
">To succeed in this role, you will need excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing, and communication skills. You should also have experience of managing an engineering team, technical qualifications, and experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs.
