About the Job

We are looking for a Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Atlas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across our sites.

You will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, including on-the-job training, tool box talks, and discussions with your Supervisor/Manager about opportunities within the business.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and friendly attitude, be able to carry out physical aspects of the role, and have good social skills to deliver service with a smile.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dedicating time on site to meet the needs of Atlas' clients
  • Being inducted at the start of your contract and receiving full training on cleaning specification and equipment use
  • Providing exceptional customer care through focus on different shift hours

In return, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £15.00, full learning and support, and the opportunity to progress your career within Atlas.
