About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Central Eastern area of England. As a Field Service Engineer with Alfa Laval, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our separation equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience working on high-speed rotating equipment. You will be comfortable using PLCs, reading schematic diagrams, and troubleshooting electronic equipment. A valid full driving license and the current right to work in the United Kingdom is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting, servicing, commissioning, and fault finding of new and existing equipment.
  • Providing process and technical support to the department and customers.
  • Meeting KPIs for the service team in areas such as submission of job reports and timesheets.
  • Assisting and training customer maintenance and supervisory personnel on how to operate our equipment and perform maintenance tasks.
