About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Gas and Oil Specialist to join our growing team at Corrigenda Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across the estate in Surrey and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work flexible hours to suit business requirements.
  • Liaise with site staff to gain access to sites and rooms to carry out maintenance tasks.
  • Escalate issues to Supervisor/Contract Manager immediately.
Essential Requirements:
  1. NVQ 2/3 in relevant Mechanical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  2. OFTEC registered technician or knowledge/experience working on oil-fired appliances/systems.
  3. Unvented water systems.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
