About the Role:
  • Perform planned maintenance duties on commercial gas systems within the estate, utilizing your expertise and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work flexible hours to meet business requirements, including occasional out-of-hours callouts and emergency repairs.
  • Collaborate with site staff to access sites and rooms, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Essential: Hold valid Domestic/Commercial gas certifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CODNCCO1, CDGA1, CIGA1), recognized Health & Safety training, and ability to operate SMART devices.
  • Full UK driving license and passing DBS/Police background checks required.
