Job Overview

Draper Tools is a family-owned business with a rich history and a strong, supportive culture. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Pricing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers to ensure accurate stock records and complete consignment stock checks.
  • Process and invoice consignment and sample stock orders, and update customer stock contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate sample account clearances, set up sample accounts for new employees, and close down accounts for leavers.
  • Order stock and accessories for shows and exhibitions, and process orders and generate invoices for stock sold at events.
  • Run regular reports for customer stock holding and sample account value.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of AS400 is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of attention to detail.
