Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a self-motivated people-person to join our team in Chandlers Ford.
**Who are we?**
Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. Toby Partridge, our ‘hands on’ Managing Director is leading the way and we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Toby has spent 25 years working with BMW and is passionate about the brand and building a team around him who feel the same.
**What is the role?**
As the Retail Centre’s Weekend BMW Receptionist, you are the first person visitors come into contact with, therefore it is important that all customers who visit or contact us receive a courteous, unhurried and professional welcome and are passed on to the correct colleague to promptly handle their enquiry. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Reception Area is tidy, clean and comfortable for customers, fulfilling administrative tasks promptly and efficiently. The role is for Weekends and bank holidays.
**Role responsibilities - including but not limited to**:
- Meeting and greeting all customers and visitors ensuring they receive a warm, professional and unhurried welcome
- Collection of the daily Appointments Lists from the Sales Managers, to be kept on the Reception Desk
- Encouraging customers to browse the showroom, to experience the product
- Maintaining the tidiness of the showroom
- Answering all calls quickly with a warm, professional and unhurried welcome
- Re-directing calls efficiently to the correct department in the business, after qualifying the customer’s needs
**Who you need to be?**
- Someone with excellent communication skills, to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, recognising the individual responsibility of contributing to the performance and success of the team
- Ability to keep up to date with complex information, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good with administration, diary management and organisation
- Able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
- Have a passion for customer service, be professional and well-presented with a process orientated approach
**Your experience**
- You will have customer service experience
- A minimum of 5 GSCEs grade C and above, including Maths and English
- Excellent IT and administration skills
