**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bereavement Support Team Lead to join our team at Volunteer Hospitality Llc. As a key member of our bereavement support team, you will provide one-on-one support to families who have experienced loss.

About the Role:

  • You will facilitate monthly group supervision sessions for Bereavement Support Volunteers.
  • You will foster a trusting environment for in-depth reflection and healing.
  • You will integrate safeguarding measures to ensure the well-being of patients and families.

Requirements:

  • You should be a responsible and good listener with strong social skills and friendliness.
  • You should possess management skills and patience.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
