We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Lead Specialist in Bereavement Counselling, responsible for managing the delivery of our bereavement counselling service. As a leader in this field, you will be expected to provide clinical and operational oversight, ensuring a high-quality, safe, and effective response to families in need.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in pre- or post-bereavement services, healthcare, or a related field, with accreditation as a counsellor from BACP, HCPC, or UKCP. You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead by example and promote a culture of excellence within our organisation.

**Salary:** £65,000 per annum

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in pre- or post-bereavement services, healthcare, or a related field.
