About The Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Personalised Support: Deliver personalised support and care to individuals, addressing their unique needs and preferences.
  • Community Involvement: Organise and participate in community-based activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Service User Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of service user interactions, progress, and outcomes.
