Job Role:
Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Optima Recruitment Limited. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a high level of satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers using exceptional customer service skills.
  • Manage appointments and first point of contact for complaints, queries and feedback.
  • Complete general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
