Children's Residential Lead

Northampton Business Directory is seeking a skilled Regional Manager to lead the management of four children's residential homes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Ofsted-regulated services and experience in managing teams to deliver high-quality care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the four homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support Registered Managers in their roles, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for growth and service development, contributing to the company's overall strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager in children's residential care, with a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
